Indeed this would be great. Just happened to me.

My peer unilaterally closed our channel yesterday. It’s been about 24 hours and the sats that were on my side of the channel are not yet displayed anywhere. They are not shown in any balance, nor in any channel pending close tab. They seem to be, well, nowhere.

It would be cool to add a tab with channels pending open/close to see if the channel is still in any of those proceses.
Alternatively, or additionally it would be cool to see an incoming transaction on the on-chain tool even if it’s not yet spendable.

Some sort of clue that the funds are "on the way" and where can I find them next.

Currently there is no way to tell what’s pending or how long it’s gonna take. The channel is just gone and the funds “seem” gone.

I know they will eventually show up as on-chain balance but visualization seems kind of important. Specially if it happens to someone that has not managed channels before

What details exactly?
The closing fee? Closing the channel does not cost stats that are part of your spending balance but of your on-chain balance. The on-chain payments are not reflected in the transaction list.
